The Golden Rule Store has a fine stock of wool blankets in many qualities, colors and patterns, priced upward from $4.48.

F.E. Wunderlich of this city is in possession of a unique souvenir of old time days. The item is a note, the face value of which is about a quarter of a million dollars payable in gold dust. The note was made payable to Mr. Wunderlich’s father, dated Jan. 1, 1870, at Red Mountain City, Mont. The signers, who failed to pay the note, were O.A. Langworthy and Comer.

The Orpheum Theatre is having a contest, the prizes of which are one Ford Touring car, one $100 diamond ring, and one $50 diamond ring. The contest is open until Oct. 6.
