Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Wertman left today for Denver. They will be there for a couple of weeks.

Work will start Monday on cleaning Sheridan’s city reservoirs. One reservoir will be emptied and cleaned at a time, so the city’s overall water supply will not be affected.

Reed’s best 25-cent table oil cloth will be 15 cents tomorrow during the weekly Housekeepers’ bargain sale. Also their best 35-cent sheeting, bleached, will be just 27 cents a yard, and bungalow aprons in dark or light colors will be 49 cents each.

Vegetable vendor John Zucca has grown some excellent peppers in his garden at 411 Canby Street. Many of the peppers are more than 6 inches long.
