More than three miles of gas mains and a half-mile of service pipe have been laid for the Sheridan Gas company. Work on the building for the plant is progressing rapidly, and the building will soon be completed.
F.O. Rose went to Clearmont and Arvada today on a short business trip.
F.B. Perkins paid $27,500 for two lots in the original town of Sheridan, embracing the property immediately south of the Bank of Commerce on Main Street. The property belonged to Mrs. Alice D. Coffeen and other heirs of the Coffeen Estate.
Sgt. C.J. Gaiser, who has been quarter-master at Fort Mackenzie, has been ordered to Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He left today.
