Matt Michel, through his attorney J.L. Graverson, has filed a suit in district court against C.M. Radcliffe and Alice Schaeffer, proprietors of the Indian Motorcycle agency. Mr. Michel seeks to recover $5,000 for alleged malicious prosecution. Michel was arrested, on evidence of the plaintiffs, for the robbery of the agency several months ago. He was subsequently discharged following a preliminary hearing.
H.C. Taylor is confined to his home on Gladstone street on account of illness.
Mrs. French filed on a 640-acre homestead near Passaic last week.
