State Sen. N.A. Pearson returned to Sheridan last night from Cheyenne, where he’s a member of the senate ways and means committee. He said the appropriation of $20,000 for the Sheridan hospital was passed. The money will be used for an extension to the hospital and installation of the new boiler.
Seventy slides illustrating conditions and methods in the national forests of the west were shown at the John H. Taylor school yesterday afternoon, and at the high school last night. The lecture will be given at the Coffeen school tomorrow.
