A number of farmers living in the vicinity of Arvada have organized the Powder River Farm Loan association. County Agent E.M. Fuller has held several meetings during the last two months to discuss the farm loan act, and he expects that a number of other associations will be formed.
Former Gov. John B. Kendrick of Sheridan, who was elected to the U.S. Senate at the polls on Nov. 7, was inaugurated Monday and has assumed office in the senate as the partner of Sen. F.E. Warren.
William Rinner waived a preliminary hearing and entered a plea of guilty this morning to the killing of Ote Morrill. He was bound over to district court without bond, to appear the first day of the June term.
