The senior class has voted to use the proceeds of the class play this year to buy Liberty Bonds. Any additional money will be donated to the Red Cross.
The patriotic spirit of the times predominated in the features of the Junior banquet, held tonight in the basement of the Congregational Church. Covers were laid for 140. Miniature tents, above which floated tiny American flags, served as place cards, and diminutive cannons and bombs were used effectively in decorating the tables.
Mrs. Mary Truitt was discharged from the hospital in Sheridan today.
Mrs. W.O. Wertman, who had been receiving treatment at the hospital here, went home yesterday.
