The examining committee of applicants for the Officers Reserve Corps reports a number of applicants in Sheridan already in excess of the number to be drawn from the whole state at this time. Twenty-eight applicants will be selected from Wyoming, and probably nine of those will be from Sheridan.
Mr. L.J. O’Marr motored to Roundup for the fourth, and returned yesterday. He was accompanied by Mrs. O’Marr and family, and his father, J.J. O’Marr, who was at one time mayor of Sheridan.
Sheridan’s Water Department is imposing fines for violations of the water regulations. This became necessary as the water in the reservoir was drawn below the danger line.
