County Partially Releases Mortgage for Trailside Lot

The Sheridan County Commission has ratified a Partial Release of Mortgage between Sheridan County, lienholder, and Excalibur Construction, Inc. for Lot 10 in the Trailside at Woodland Park Subdivision.

According to the paperwork, the county released the portion of the Mortgage made and executed by Excalibur Construction due to the sale of the workforce housing lot.

The lienholder (Sheridan County) has received just over $14,000 as payment in full.

The Trailside at Woodland Park Subdivision is an affordable housing project of single-family home sites close to Woodland Park Elementary School.
