The Sheridan County Democrats are reaching out to voters prior to the upcoming midterm elections. According to Sheridan Democrats Chair Danielle Arnoux, the party will be selecting 14 delegates during the upcoming Sheridan County Democratic Convention to send as representatives to the Wyoming State Democratic Convention in Rock Springs in June.
Vice Chair of Sheridan Democrats David Myers said in a release, the Sheridan Democrats want what most people in Wyoming want; a state that looks to the future, and employment and living options that make Wyoming’s kids want to stay and build a better Wyoming, instead of leaving because they don’t feel there’s anything here for them.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse Program, Arnoux told listeners the message of the democratic party in Wyoming is “unity.”

According to Arnoux, the Sheridan convention is open to the public but only registered democrats will have the ability to become and vote in the selection of the delegates to represent Sheridan at the state convention.
The 2022 Sheridan Democratic Convention will begin at 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., April 23, at the First Christian Church, 102 South Conner St. in Sheridan.
