A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission for the Mary J. Perry Revocable Trust on roughly 2.2 acres of the 800+ acre ranch property located on Widcat Road in Sheridan County.
County Planner Mark Reid explained the application further.
No comments were offered during the public hearing in the matter.
Some concerns were discussed by the commission about the buildings on site, the layout of the storage facility, and whether or not it would be an eyesore from the highway.
According to their application, the intent of the landowner is to remove the existing buildings and debris from the coal bed methane gas operation and build a new storage building on site.
The commission voted to approve the CUP.
