In a collaboration with Aspen Grove Music Studio, WYO PLAY will present MTI’s Broadway Junior Musical Revue: Raise Your Voice at the WYO Performing Arts & Education Center at 7 p.m. Friday Sept. 16 and Saturday Sept. 17.
Directed by Amanda Patterson, Raise Your Voice features a cast of 30 local students from elementary to high school who will perform songs from across MTI’s Broadway Junior collection including titles like Guys and Dolls, Oliver!, The Little Mermaid and Mary Poppins.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, Patterson spoke on the hard work the students have put into the performance and told listeners the advantages of working with like-minded people while teaching students music.
