During their regular Tuesday meeting the Johnson County Commission voted to approve an agreement between the county and the Wyoming Game & Fish Department for maintenance at the Mikesell-Potts Recreation Area at Lake DeSmet.
According to County Road & Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer, this is the same agreement that has been approved by both entities in recent years.
Although he didn’t have specific numbers with him, Pehringer said the county renegotiated the dollar amount they receive for the services, getting a 7% increase in the agreement.
County Attorney Tucker Ruby reviewed the contract and recommended the commission to approve and sign the agreement.
