The Sheridan County Commission considered the approval of a Quitclaim Deed on a portion of a street in the Downer Addition.
The county conveyed to the City of Sheridan a section of Holloway Avenue from 13th Street to 15th Street in the Downer Addition.
In the consent agenda portion of their meeting, the commission voted to ratify the Quitclaim Deed.
Also ratified by the commission was a License Agreement (2301LA) with Range Telephone Cooperative, Inc. for a bored crossing installation of communication cables at County Road 108 (Beatty Spur Road).
The fees were exempted.
