Holloway Avenue Right of Way Annexation

A resolution and subsequent first reading of an ordinance to annex 41,308 square feet of Holloway Avenue right of way  located between 13th Street and 15th Street on Holloway Avenue was recently approved by the Sheridan City Council. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.

Mercer said the property was conveyed to the City, but was never properly annexed from Sheridan County.  The proposed annexation is to clean up the existing record. The ordinance must be approved two more times before the annexation takes effect.
