Amendment Approved for Fulmer Library Roof/HVAC Project

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved an amendment to the Capital Construction Loan Agreement for the Fulmer Library Roof and HVAC Upgrade Project.

At the commission’s Tuesday meeting, former Library Director Cameron Duff explained the need for the amendment.

According to the amendment document, the borrower (Sheridan County) will relinquish the remaining funds awarded by the SLIB, in the amount of just under $102,000; and will repay the SLIB the principal amount of roughly $1.3 million plus interest beginning with a payment of about $268,000 on July 1, 2023 and every July 1 after until the loan is paid in full.
