307 Estates Subdivision Receives Council Approval

A resolution was approved by the Sheridan City Council Monday night certifying the 307 Estates Subdivision. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the applicants, Roger and Diane Tormanen, requested to subdivide property located at 4860 Coffeen Avenue.

Mercer said the property is zoned Urban Residential (UR) in the County, which is why the applicants requested a joint County/City subdivision.
