Story House Properties Annexation and Pool Update on Council’s Agenda

A large annexation and an update on the Kendrick Park Pool renovation are a couple of items on the agenda for the Sheridan City Council’s upcoming regularly scheduled business meeting Monday night. City of Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger said the Council will consider first reading of ordinance 2268, the Story House Properties Annexation that is located at 2423 East 5th Street.

The Council will also receive an update from Public Works Director Hanns Mercer on the renovation of Kendrick Park Pool that is scheduled to begin next spring.

The Council will also be considering a resolution for the Poll Motor Subdivision first reading of an ordinance for the Teal Springs Subdivision Planned Unit Development. The City Council will meet Monday night at 7 in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
