Buffalo Council OK’s Outside Water Service Request

Buffalo’s City Council has approved the request from a landowner outside of the city limits to connect to a city water line and get city water to their property.

City Building Inspector Terry Asay explained the request from Gavin and Danielle Dickman on Airport Road.

The Water Connector Agreement, which must be signed by the property owner, specifies a higher tap fee and monthly rate for water outside the city limits.
