A Hardin, Montana man is dead after the vehicle is driving was struck by a train.
The Montana Highway Patrol says sometime Monday night (August 28th), the unidentified 65-year old man was driving his truck across the train tracks near Dunmore, which is about 8 miles southeast of Hardin, when for unknown reasons, the truck stopped on the rail line.
A train struck the vehicle causing it to roll about 500 feet until it came to a stop.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident is still under investigation.
