Council Approves Establishment of Employee Relations Ordinance Committee

The Council approved the establishment of an employee relations ordinance committee and assignment of committee members. Mayor Rich Bridger.

The existing employee relations ordinance is 19 years old and the newly formed committee will work on updating the ordinance to reflect the City’s current policies. Unless a term extension is approved by the Mayor, the committee will terminate on June 30 of this year. Recommendations for updating the ordinance will be made to the governing body no later than April 30.
