Teal Springs PUD Phase One and Two

On September 18, 2023, the Sheridan City Council approved the Teal Springs Subdivision Planned Unit Development and Master Plan. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the applicant, FP Little Goose LLC, is requesting an amendment to the PUD to be constructed in two separate phases.

In order to develop the PUD in two phases, the City Council must approve a resolution amending the original Planned Unit Development. The resolution will be considered by the City Council at an upcoming business meeting.
