Sheridan Commission OKs Rezone in Downer Addition

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a rezone request for Alexander C. Lee for a property in the Downer Addition in Sheridan County.

According to the Public Works Department’s Staff Report, the rezone request is for Lots 4 through 15 in Block 8, and Lots 4, 5, and 7 through 9 in Block 5, approximately 1.89 acres for a possible development.

Lee gave more details on his plans for the property once re-zoned.

After some discussion and questions for the developer, the commission voted to approve the rezone request.
