During the Council Comment section of Monday night’s Sheridan City Council meeting, Councilman Steve Brantz announced that he will be running for a third term on the City Council. Brantz, in his announcement letter, said that he will continue to be mindful of the wishes of the public as to their interest in maintaining and improving the community by the proper use of general funds and support various projects that have current voters approval using the optional and capital facility tax accordingly.

The candidate filing period in Wyoming for this year’s elections is May 16th through May 31st. The Primary Election will be Tuesday, August 20th, while the General Election will be Tuesday, November 5th.
