During their recent regular meeting the Buffalo City Council considered a lease agreement with an employee for a city-owned property.
Mayor Shane Schrader gave details to the council. </span
The lease is for the city-owned house located near the wastewater treatment plant on Stockyard Road.
According to Mayor Schrader, the lease will be for one year at a rate of $1,000 per month.
The council voted to approve the lease agreement on the city-owned rental property.
