Sheridan Commission OKs Fire District Enlargement Petition

A Resolution to petition for the enlargement of the Sheridan Area Rural Fire District has been approved by the county commission.

During their last meeting, County Assessor Paul Fall brought the petition before the county commission.

According to the assessor’s Property Profile, the land in the petition is owned by WLM Enterprises, LLC and is located on Industrial Lane.

The plan is to subdivide a portion of the land after the petition is successful, according to Fall.
