Sheridan Commission OKs Homola Drainage Easement Vacation

A request for a vacation of a drainage easement has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

According to the report from the County Public Works Department, Drew W. Homola applied to vacate a portion of the platted drainage easement on Tracts 1 and 2 in the Oakley Acres Minor Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details.

Reid said the Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the application and voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the request.
