Johnson County’s Commissioners have approved a Resolution appointing a special prosecutor, at the request of the County Attorney’s Office.

Commission Chairman Bill Novotny, during the commission’s recent meeting, explained the need for a special prosecutor.

The commission passed Resolution No. 736, allowing Daniel J. Itzen, District Attorney for the Seventh Judicial District in Natrona County, to act as a special prosecutor for Johnson County.
