A Look Back in Time: Jan. 23, 1915

Seven prisoners were sentenced in the court of District Judge C.H. Parmalee in Sheridan today.

Sheriff Mossberg will escort the seven to the penitentiary at Rawlins tomorrow. The crimes of which the men were sentenced include embezzlement, grand larceny, burglary, kidnapping and bigamy.

William A. Straw is in town today, from the Laier ranch on Dutch Creek.

W.G. Angus left yesterday for his home. He was snowbound in Sheridan on Friday night.

W.J. Barker is in Sheridan from his ranch near Parkman. He has purchased seven of the automatic gates that are being sold by F.H. Snively.
