Jo Co Library Talks Plans for Information With Buffalo Council

After discussing the grant award and not needing the funding from the Special Purpose One-Cent Tax on the November General Election ballot with the Johnson County Commission, representatives from the library spoke with the Buffalo City Council later that day to inform them of the happenings.

Councilman Mike Madden asked what the library had planned to get the information out to the public before the election.

The council congratulated the library for the award of the $2.6 million in grant funding.
