Buffalo Council OKs Annexation of Pike Addition on First Reading

The Buffalo City Council, during their regular meeting Tuesday evening, approved an Ordinance for the annexation of the Pike Addition on first reading.

According to discussion at the meeting, the property is a parcel of just over 10 acres situated on lands on Cinema Drive off of Highway 16 East.

The subject property, once annexed, would be zones as R-1 Single-Family Residential.

A Public Hearing was held during the meeting but no comment was offered on the annexation.

The Ordinance will need to pass a second and third reading before the annexation would be approved.
