Wyoming Downs Rezone and RAISE Grant Application on Council’s Agenda

First reading of an ordinance to rezone property owned by Wyoming Downs at 927 Coffeen Avenue from B-1 to M-1 is an item that will be considered by the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger.

The Council will be considering a resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the U.S. Department of Transportation for a “Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity” planning grant for the West Corridor expansion project.

The Council will also consider third and final reading of an ordinance adopting the International Code Council 2024 Building Codes. Monday’s City Council meeting will take place at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
