Buffalo’s City Council, at their meeting this week, adopted their five-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), a financial planning and managerial tool for use by elected officials, department heads, and facility directors for capital projects and equipment needs.

Mayor Shane Schrader explains further.

Mayor Schrader said the elected officials, department heads, and other stakeholders helped to compile the plan over the last couple of years.
