The annual landowner enrollment period is open for Wyoming Game and Fish’s Access Yes Program. 

Wyoming Game and Fish Department Public Information Specialist Christina Schmidt appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse informing the public about this vital program that has been around for decades.

Schmidt said growing the Access Yes program is especially important in the Sheridan Region, as the region is primarily composed of private land.

There are a few options for private landowners to choose from when it comes to participation in the program. These options allow landowners to manage wildlife on their property.

Access Yes is funded through the Game and Fish Department and through donations from hunters, anglers, businesses, organizations and nonprofits.
