BHS Bonfire Approved by City Council

Buffalo’s City Council has approved a variance request from Buffalo High School for a bonfire at the school.

Student Council members Ella Barrett and Dovelyn Martinson came before the council at their last meeting to make the request, and explain what event the bonfire would be part of.

Mayor Shane Schrader asked Buffalo Fire Chief Gomer Gammon if he had any concerns with approving the request.

The council voted to approve the variance request with the fire chief’s approval.
