A campaign to rid the city of dogs upon which the tax hasn’t been paid will be started on Monday. The dog catcher will take up every dog that he finds without a tag, and if the animal isn’t claimed by the owner and the tax paid, the dog will be killed.
C.T. Helvey left this morning for Pasadena, Calif. He expects to spend some time in that city.
