Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay has informed the city council that a new developer is considering building a subdivision just north of Buffalo that had been shelved.
He gave details on the new proposal.
The earlier Mather Peak Subdivision preliminary plat was discussed at a County Planning & Zoning Commission meeting a few years ago.
As proposed then, the 102-lot subdivision would have been located on lands between North Main Street, Airport Road, and Interstate 90 just north of the Buffalo city limits.
Details on the subdivision, which is proposed on the same property, will be coming in the near future, according to Asay.
