Museum at the Bighorns is open and looking for help

Museum at the Bighorns Operations Director Chip King and Museum Director Carrie Edinger spoke on the Museums’ first 3rd Thursday event during an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse. 

Edinger was happy to inform listeners that Phase 1 of the Museum at the Bighorns relocation and redesign of the Woolworth Building is complete. Although there is still a lot of work to be done, the front of the museum is open and operating, just in time to welcome the public during the year’s first 3rd Thursday.

Operating hours for the museum are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursdays through Saturdays 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sundays are noon – 4 p.m. 

With so much more to get done with Phase 2, Edinger and King are inviting the public to join the team. The Museum at the Bighorns is actively seeking an individual to be the welcoming face at the front of the house.
