Sheridan Commission Approves Resolution for NOI to Vacate

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a Resolution for a Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a public right-of-way known as 15^th Street, adjacent to Lots 3 and 4 of Block 58 and Lots 1 and 18 of Block 59 in the Downer Addition.

County Engineer Ken Muller gave details on the property to be vacated.

The commission voted unanimously to approve publishing the Notice of Intent to vacate the right-of-way.
