Buffalo Council OK’s All But One Request for Longmire Days

The Buffalo City Council has approved a number of street closure requests for the upcoming Longmire Days celebration, but tabled one request for an open container area.

Vice-mayor Myra Camino detailed the street closure requests.

Longmire Days Organizers also requested a designated open container area, which was tabled due to questions concerning the route and reasons for the extended open container area, as well as how construction may create a hazard.

The open container issue will be addressed at their next meeting July 1.
