In November of 2022, the City of Sheridan and Sheridan County entered into a joint agreement with Wyoming Regional EMS, LLC for emergency medical services. City Attorney Brad Thimmesch, at this week’s Sheridan City Council study session, said that all of the parties involved met earlier this year to discuss Wyoming Regional EMS’s services and the need for two new ambulances within the next two years. As a result of this meeting, Thimmesch said that staff is proposing the City Council approve “Amendment B” to the EMS agreement.
Thimmesch said the amendment has already been approved by Wyoming Regional EMS and the Sheridan County Commission. The City Council is expected to consider the amendment at the next regular business meeting.
