CHAPS 6th Annual Veteran Retreat

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, CHAPS Executive Director Kristin Marcus said this event is for veterans that may need some time with other veterans, out of range of cell service with plenty of fresh air.

Veterans will stay in cabins at Deer Haven and participate in a variety of activities focused on connection, comradery and self-care. 

The event will take place Aug. 22-24, and all meals and lodging are included at no cost to the veteran. Space is limited to 15 veterans and acceptance will be on a first come, first served basis.
