In the true spirit of their namesake – Hephaestus, the Greek god of fire and craftsmanship – the people of Phorge Makerspace are building a community of creators, crafters, and problem solvers.
Phorge Makerspace offers members and visitors tools, equipment, and training for 3D printing and design (computer-aided design and manufacturing). Other capabilities include software coding, laser and vinyl cutting, and electronics. Members and staff are on hand to help visitors learn how to operate equipment and explore new techniques.
Board President Clint Stussi said there’s nothing someone can’t make when they have the know-how, imagination, and passion to accomplish it.

Phorge Makerspace will host its grand reopening beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, with shop tours and hands-on activities. Summer cookout food will be served starting at 4 p.m.
