Sheridan Commission Tables Two License Agreements

Sheridan County’s Commissioners discussed postponing a decision on two License Agreements with Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU).

Commissioner Christi Haswell made the request at Tuesday’s meeting and explained why.

The two License Agreements are for overhead power line installations by MDU on two separate properties on County Road #111 a/k/a Box Cross Road.

The commission voted to table the License Agreements until their next meeting September 16.
