Jo Co Commission Approves MOU with Radio Club

Johnson County’s Commissioners considered approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Buffalo Amateur Radio Klub (BARK) concerning the use of a county-owned communications tower on Tisdale Road.

County Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC) James Cataline gave the commission details on the proposed MOU.

Cataline said he sent the MOU to Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago for him to review and he had no issues with the agreement.

The commission voted to approve the MOU.
