Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve updating the bylaws of the Double Eagle Condominium Owners Association, at the request of COMPASS Center for Families.
Conty Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained further.
The reason, according to a summary provided by the county, is the original condominium, built in 2009, was designed to have six separate suites with six different owners, with the original bylaws written for that number of tenants.
Since then the number of owners has shrunk to just two, Sheridan County and Compass.
COMPASS believes the bylaw change to simplify them would benefit a new owner and the partnership in property management.
