Ed N. Fields has been appointed manager of the Beet Growers’ association here.
Mr. Fields is an agriculturist with a great deal of experience in beet growing. The headquarters of the association will be at the Commercial club rooms in Sheridan.
E.M. Kitts of Parkman was brought to the state hospital in Sheridan for treatment last night. He will be confined there for three or four days.
The Western Hotel Cafe is serving a special luncheon tomorrow. Boiled spare ribs with sauer kraut will be just 35 cents.
Governor John B. Kendrick went to Hardin this afternoon. He will return on Sunday.
