Ryan Gregory has been named the new Business Advisor for the 2025 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative in Wyoming. As part of its $100 million investment in rural communities, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and Great Falls College are partnering to bring the results-oriented training program to Wyoming small business owners for the very first time. With this inaugural cohort, Gregory becomes the first Business Guide for the
program in the state.

Gregory is a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide at Resilient Guides and a leadership coach who helps business owners build self-sustaining, high-performing teams. He has spent decades leading businesses and guiding them from owner- reliant chaos to structured, scalable success. His approach combines Cowboy Ethics, the Five Pinnacle Business Principles, and real-world experience to provide leaders with a clear path toward control, resilience, and sustainable
success. After building and selling a self-managing, award-winning company, Gregory founded Resilient Guides to help other entrepreneurs lead with purpose, build with structure, and create lasting impact. He is also a Working Genius Facilitator, a Professional Exit Guide with STS, and was named the 2019 Wyoming Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S.
Small Business Administration. He lives in Sheridan with his wife of 27 years and is a proud father of four sons.

Wyoming has always been built on hard work, determination, and neighbors helping neighbors. That’s the same spirit small business owners bring every day. I’m honored to work with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses to give Wyoming entrepreneurs the tools, structure, and support they need to grow strong, create jobs, and keep our communities
thriving.”
