Sheridan Commission Approves Penrose County Road, Pays Damages

Sheridan County’s Commissioners discussed whether or not to establish Penrose County Road, and what damages needed to be paid to property owners in doing so.

A number of residents spoke about the proposal, and afterwards, the commission voted to approve the establishment of Penrose County Road, with Commissioner Holly Jennings voting against.

Then the commission discussed their positions on damages to property owners from making it a county road.

The commission then voted to award the damages to the landowners with Commissioner Mike Arzy Voting against.
