Jo Co P & Z Commission Meeting Tuesday in Buffalo

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will have their regular meeting this Tuesday, October 7, at 6 pm.

On the Agenda is a Presentation of the Tanachion Minor Subdivision & Sketch Review, and the Kurt Redmond & Allison Brown Minor Subdivision Sketch Review.

They will also consider a request by Reese Oetken to subdivide a property at 60 TW Road

There will be a Final Plat Review on the North Shore PUD, which was tabled from July 1 meeting.

The commission will review the 2005 Land Use Plan Update Status, discuss some land use concerns, get reports from staff, and finally take public comment on Lake Stop Minor 1 lot, which is pending State of Wyoming action and final plat review.

The meeting will be Tuesday evening in the County Annex Building A, located at 26 North DeSmet Avenue in Buffalo.
